Availability of Items

Yes! You can. We are committed to deliver to our customers within 3 to 5 business days (unless the product was Made-To-Order or Pre-Order). Customers can enjoy free shipping for orders above $200.

Items that are on a pre-order basis will be delivered depending the brands or designer’s lead time. Before placing an order make sure to check the delivery and return policy.

Customers can request a custom look by simply visiting the stylist’s account.

Orders and General Inquiries

After placing your order, you will receive a notification e-mail. Once the payment is processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent verifying your order.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
